Job Description
We are having a job vacancy for the post of Store Sales Executive.
We have our showroom of artificial plants & flowers located at Galaxy Diamond Plaza Mall, Greater Noida and looking for someone to handle our showroom sales and other responsibilities.
Skills: Basic MS Office Knowledge, Good Communication and sales skills.
1) Sales Management
We are looking for immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Showroom Sales and Customer Interaction:

Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

Explain the features, varieties, pricing, and styling suggestions of artificial plants, flowers, pots, and decorative items.

Offer product recommendations based on the customer’s space, theme, or usage.

Handle sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, issue invoices, and collect payments.

Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate to increase basket size.
2. Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

Ensure attractive and organized display of products in the showroom.

Arrange artificial plants and floral arrangements neatly and as per store themes.

Refill display shelves and ensure products are clean, dust-free, and undamaged.

Assist in seasonal or thematic showroom décor and arrangement of promotional displays.
3. Customer Service and Relationship Building:

Address customer queries and concerns politely and efficiently.
-
Handle complaints or escalate them to the manager when necessary.

Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to build long-term customer relationships.

Collect feedback and encourage repeat visits by informing customers about new arrivals, discounts, and offers.
4. Stock and Inventory Support:

Support in managing showroom inventory levels—inform the supervisor about fast-moving, slow-moving, or out-of-stock items.

Assist in stock checking, tagging, labeling, and price updates.

Help in receiving deliveries and stocking new items in the showroom.
5. Sales Reporting and Targets:

Achieve individual and store-level daily/monthly sales targets.

Maintain basic sales records and submit daily reports to the store manager.

Keep track of customer preferences and frequent purchases to improve future sales strategies.
6. General Store Support:

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

Open and close the showroom as per assigned shift schedule and perform daily opening/closing checks.

Coordinate with online sales or delivery teams if the showroom also serves as a pickup or display center for online orders.
