A Store Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in their shopping experience, promoting and selling products, maintaining the store’s visual appearance, and contributing to overall store profitability. Store Sales Executives are the frontline representatives of the store and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and building brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance

Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.

Answer queries related to pricing, product availability, and store policies.

Sales and Upselling

Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet store targets.

Encourage add-on sales, cross-selling, and up-selling where appropriate.

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets as assigned by the store manager.

Provide information on promotions, discounts, and offers to boost sales.

Product Knowledge

Maintain detailed knowledge of the store’s products, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability.

Stay updated on new arrivals, product changes, and industry trends.

Participate in training sessions or product briefings arranged by the management.

Store Maintenance and Merchandising

Ensure products are neatly arranged and well-stocked on shelves or displays.

Replenish stock when items run low and report shortages to inventory staff.

Help in setting up promotional displays and keeping the store visually appealing.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area, changing rooms, and storage areas.

Assist at the cash counter when needed by generating bills or accepting payments.

Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, card machines, and cash transactions with accuracy.
