We are hiring Store Sales Executives for a leading branded sweets and savouries outlet with 30+ branches across Chennai. As a Store Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining smooth store operations.

Location: 30+ Outlets across Chennai (choose nearest branch)
Working Hours: 9 to 10 hours shift (rotational shifts may apply)
Reports To: Store Manager / Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Interaction
-
Greet customers warmly and create a friendly shopping experience.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Provide detailed information about sweets, savouries, prices, and promotions.

Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
-
Promote products to increase sales and achieve monthly targets.
-
Suggest new arrivals and special offers to boost revenue.
-
Assist customers in choosing sweets and savouries based on taste preferences.
-
Upsell premium products and festive gift packs during special occasions.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
-
Operate billing systems / POS machines efficiently.
-
Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately.
-
Ensure timely and correct billing for all customers.
-
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager.
4. Stock & Inventory Management
-
Maintain adequate stock levels of sweets, savouries, and packaging materials.
-
Check expiry dates and product quality before displaying items.
-
Assist in stock counting and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.

Arrange products neatly to attract customer attention.
5. Hygiene & Store Maintenance
-
Ensure the store is clean, hygienic, and well-organized at all times.

Follow proper food safety and handling procedures.

Monitor the freshness and quality of sweets and savouries.
-
Maintain display counters, shelves, and storage areas neatly.
6. Team Coordination
-
Work closely with fellow sales executives, cashiers, and support staff.

Coordinate with the store manager for daily operations.

Provide assistance to new joiners and guide them during initial training.
