Job Description

Requirement For A store sales Executive for our Retail (FMCG) Store. The Store is Located in Jakhoo and has a walk- in Culture Style for Customers to come and do there daily Shopping. People with the skill to sell Products and the willingness to handle and take care of the store would be the ones to be selected for this Job.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information

Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

Maintain proper inventory levels and restock shelves as needed

Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers

Recommend and upsell products to customers to maximize sales

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented

Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement

Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent service

Ability to meet sales targets and work well under pressure

Basic math skills for cash handling

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
