Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused store staff to join our team at Baljaru India’s brand outlet in Zuup Store, Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in selecting the right footwear.
- Sales & Promotion: Drive sales by promoting Baljaru India’s products and offers.
- Store Management: Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels.
- Billing & Transactions: Handle POS system for billing and ensure accurate cash/card transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product features, trends, and collections.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
- Gender: Both
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Personality: Well-groomed, friendly, and enthusiastic about fashion & footwear.
