Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
Perform other stock-related duties, including receipt of donations in kind, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting and record keeping for the perusal of management and auditing.
Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Coordinate the handling and the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
Responsible for smooth functioning of Accounts and stores Department
To pass entries and maintain account and store books in Tally.
To maintain all vouchers in Tally - payments and receipts of donations in kind/cash
To maintain donor-wise fund utilization in Tally .
To settle bills â€“ phones, internet, EB, water, property tax, etc.
To handle day-to-day expenses
