Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 fixed + ₹2,000–₹5,000/ Month Incentive
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:

Lead the development of business growth strategies based on market research, industry trends, and company objectives.

Analyze competitive landscapes, customer needs, market shifts, and potential opportunities for expansion.

Identify growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets, both domestically and internationally.

Work with senior management to align business development initiatives with overall strategic goals.

Opportunity Identification and Evaluation:

Source and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and new product or service lines.

Conduct feasibility studies, SWOT analysis, and risk assessments to determine the viability and potential ROI of opportunities.

Prepare business cases, pitch decks, and investment proposals for internal stakeholders.

Partnership and Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, industry influencers, vendors, and potential clients.

Represent the company in negotiations and business development discussions with external parties.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to support the successful initiation and execution of strategic alliances.

Project Management and Execution:

Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Manage multiple business development projects simultaneously, including monitoring budgets, schedules, and results.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, finance, legal, and operations to ensure alignment and resource availability.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Monitor business development activities and track the progress of new ventures or partnerships.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, outlining performance, challenges, and recommendations.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with emerging business models, technological advances, and shifts in consumer behavior.

Promote a culture of innovation by exploring disruptive strategies and unconventional business approaches.

Continuously improve internal business development processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
