The Strategy Analyst role will be part of TVS Emerald and based in Chennai, Tamilnadu.
Objective of the role:
The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for supporting the CEO office in developing long-term strategy, market dynamics and provide in-depth analysis of the business health, drivers and trends, leading to a more desirable TVS Emerald brand and offerings to excite and engage customers on a continuous basis.
Key deliverables:
- Formulating annual and long-term business plan to be approved by CEO.
- Conduct research on Real Estate trends absorption and overhang across micro-markets.
- Identify new business opportunity by studying trends and new concepts.
- Conduct market intelligence and competition analysis studies.
- Integrate Business process across functions from Business Development – Design -Sales & Marketing – Customer retail – Construction - Handover.
- Monitor the business plan across projects.
- Highlight variance of actual vs business plan and recommend corrective actions.
- Function as a key member of the investment committee to appraise new project feasibility.
- Involve in due diligence, market benchmarking and preparation of investor proposals.
- Keep track on revenue / growth and determinants for cost.
- Ensure zero-risk by conducting check and balances (as a risk mitigationer)
Professional & Educational experience:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in business strategy / planning function (expeinece in residential housing industry is preferred).
- MBA / PGDBM from renowned institutes with a civil engineering background (not garduated before 2018)
- Software knowledge of MS offices. Proficiency in Power Point Presentation, financial modelling in excel
