Responsibilities:
Develop structural designs and plans for power generation facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and construction professionals, to integrate structural elements into project designs.
Perform structural analysis and simulations to assess the integrity and safety of designs.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Evaluate materials and construction methods to optimize structural efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of construction projects.
Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing design-related issues.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in structural engineering.
Ensure that all designs meet regulatory and environmental requirements.
Participate in project meetings and communicate design updates to stakeholders.
Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for structural components of projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
6 years of experience in structural design engineering, preferably in the power generation sector.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS), AutoCAD and SolidWork.
Strong knowledge of relevant Windload, Nesting, BOM, codes and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
