Job Description
Review of drawing in consultation with client/designer for finalizing vendor based on requirements as
per technical specification.
• Monitoring by proper training and instructions given to sub-ordinates, supervisors, and workers for
effective utilization of material and resources resulting in scrap reduction and savings in cost & time.
• Review and approval of the quality plan of the contractors in collaboration of the quality team.
• Review the construction program and resource deployment schedule submitted by the contractors, in
collaboration with planning team, and advise on necessary rectifications augmentation.
• Verification of contractor’s invoice.
• Responsibility of Overall Area as Structural Engineer for execution, executed work certification and
handing over.
• Quantification of material requirement based on drawings and technicalspecification given by Client.
• Monitoring by Proper training and instructions given to sub-ordinates, supervisors, and workers for

• Review of the Construction program and resource deployment schedule submitted by the
contractors, in collaboration with Planning team, and advise for necessary rectifications and
augmentations.
• Monitor availability of work fronts in terms of availability of IFC drawings and materials.
• Verification of contractor’s invoices.
• Prepare work procedure and certified it from client.
• Prepare erection schedule.
• Find out drawing faults and convey to detailer for correction.
• Erection and finishing of structure Like compressor building, shelter reactor platform, vessel
platform, Main pipe rack, house & EOT crane.
• Prepare BOM & certified it from client.
• Responsible for erection activities including material Segregation and shifting to meet the site
progress/target.
• Preparation of bill for completed project work.
