Student Counsellor/ Junior Hindi Translator Jobs opportunity in Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar (IIT Bhubaneswar) 

Student Counsellor

No. of Post : 1 (UR)

Qualification : Master’s degree with more than 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale in the field of Psychology (Counselling, Clinical Psychology), Sociology. Candidates with Ph. D. /M.Phil. with 2 years’ experience will be preferred.

Pay Band : Rs. 15,600- 39,100/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- and other allowances as admissible as per Institute rules which is at present at par with Central Government Employees.

Upper Age Limit: 40 years

Junior Hindi Translator

No. of Post : 1 (UR)

Qualification : Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR Master’s degree of recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level OR Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects (which includes term compulsory and elective).

Pay Band : Rs. 9,300- 34,800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay Rs. 4,200/- and other allowances as admissible as per institute rules which at present at par with Central Government Employees.

Upper Age Limit : 35 years

Application Fee : The applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Registrar, IIT Bhubaneswar” payable at Bhubaneswar. Candidates should mention their particulars (Name, address & position applied) on the reverse of the DD. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Transgender category and women candidates are not required to pay application fee.
