Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Process customer requests within TAT and adhere to quality metrics
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information over calls, emails, chats, etc.
3. Coordinate internally to resolve customer queries
4. Effectively manage students'/teachers' queries to ensure smooth operation of the online classes
5. Conduct students' orientation sessions & identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
6. Handle escalations, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
7. Enhance customer delight by the first-time resolution of queries
8. Make the workplace fun and engaging
Requirements:
1. Graduation is a must
2. Should have excellent communication skills (data and calls)
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
4. Ability to deliver under pressure and meet daily targets
5. Quality conscious and customer-centric
6. Working 6 days a week and rotational shifts (does not include night shifts)
7. Go-getter with the hunger to succeed
