Job Description

Handling Queries over phone and emails from Students.
Take active participation in addressing student related concern.
Maintain Records of student enquiries, Applications etc.
Provide pre exam and post exam support to the Students.
Handling queries about the requirement of students ID card, Study Materials, Mark sheet/certificates.
Handling queries for Student Batches, Timing, Schedule, Exams etc.
Entry in Serosoft – Student Details and Profile etc.
Update the Payment Records - Payment date, Clearance date etc.
