About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supervise project managers and oversee PM slack channels
2. Create training materials and implement new tools and processes for project managers
3. Actively review course curriculum and make suggestions based on student and PM feedback
4. Assist in creating student learning trajectories and student action plans
5. Maintain accurate and timely resolution of doubts
6. Ensure students are being graded in a timely manner across all learning activities such as class discussions, quizzes, assignments, projects, and team discussions.
7. Ensure students are timely evaluated in the capstone projects
8. Ensure the students' credits tracker is up-to-date
9. Ensure best practices are maintained and enforced within the Master Student Tracker
10. Prepare and maintain course video archives
11. Develop documentation for inculcating program-wide instruction SOPs
12. Maintain competency-based learning (CBL) framework essential to students' success and develop documentation of CBL framework for effective learning trajectories
13. Serve as the main point of contact for project managers (PMs) and provide PMs with the tools they need to support students
14. Provide assessment evaluations of student performance and play a key role in creating student action plans

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
