Job Description

We are looking for a Student Support Executive to assist students with their course-related queries, provide timely support, and ensure a smooth learning experience. Veranda RACE provides classroom, live online, and residential programmes for competitive examinations such as Banking, SSC, Railways, TNPSC and TNUSRB.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student queries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other support channels.
Assist students with course access, admission/enrolment, payments and course validity.
Support students with study materials, mock tests and online learning platforms.
Coordinate with mentors, faculty and internal teams to resolve student issues.
Follow up with students regarding pending queries and ensure timely resolution.
Handle student complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
Guide students regarding course schedules, classes, tests and other academic activities.
Provide a positive and professional student experience.
Follow up with inactive students and understand their concerns.
These responsibilities align with Veranda RACE's existing support functions, which include enrolment, payments, course issues, study materials, mock tests, course renewal, mentor support and complaints.
