- To Visit service centre of Consumer Durables at various locations and multiple states.
- Perform audit at service centre on various parameter (Technical & Non- technical)
- Capture VOC of dealers & customers by physical visits & via telecon
- Prepare report and submit within timeliness
- Client interaction, Good knowledge of excel and outlook & powerpoint,
- Knowledge of using Mobile Applications, Team player, Can Understand & Speak English
- Prepare reports and analysis as necessary to determine areas of improvement & opportunity.
