JOB DESCRIPTION (Content Developer)
Job Description:
 Content development for schools/college textbooks and assessments.
 Content Creation and Content enrichment for American/Indian textbooks.
 The job involves working as subject experts who can solve problems of books in a step-by-step format of their related subject.
 Should be willing to work on core subject.
 SME is expected to provide Solutions/Answers for Subject Specific Problems/Questions
given to them
The solutions should be broken down into small, well-illustrated and simple steps for better
understanding of the students. Solving problems in adherence to the given guidelines and compliance with strict quality measure would be paramount the expert would be expected to adhere to
the pre-defined timeline.
Skills required:
 Good knowledge of MS office
 Should be willing to work on core subjects
The SME functions as the organizational representative for their knowledge area, and apply their
expertise to support the vision and strategic direction of the organization.
Eligibility:
 Qualification – Throughout 60%
 Salary: up to 20k for fresher’s + incentives and hike twice in a year
 Up to 25k for exp.
Selection process:
 Written test related to the core subject.
 HR interview
