Subject Matter Specialist /Agromet Observer recruitment in Rathindra Krishi Vigyan Kendra
Applications are invited for the following posts (purely temporary and contractual position) at District Agro-Met Unit (DAMU) of Rathindra Krishi Vigyan Kendra of Visva-Bharati attached to Palli Siksha Bhavana, Sriniketan, Birbhum, W.B. under Gramin Krishi Mausam Sewa (GKMS) Scheme.
1. Subject Matter Specialist (Agrometeorology) /1 (one)
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100/- GP Rs.5400/- (Pre-revised) Or Level-10
Qualification: M.Sc in Agrometeorology/ Meteorology/Agronomy/ Agricultural Physics from a recognized university i) Preference will be given to candidates with Agrometeorology qualification
2. Agromet Observer /1 (one)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200/- GP Rs.2000/- (Pre-revised) Or Level-3
Qualification: i) Higher Secondary (10+2) in Science Stream ii) Basic knowledge of Computer Operation
Age limit: Preferably below 35 years (Experience and age may be relaxed as per Govt. of India Rules).
