Subject Matter Specialist in Agrometerology and Agromet Observer at the KVK Malappuram. on contractual appointment
1.Post-1 Subject Matter Specialist (Contract) (Agrometeorology) /1Post
Qualification: M.Sc in Agrometeorology/ Meteorology /Agronomy/Agricultural Physics (candidates with Agrometeorology will be preferred)
Pay Scale : Rs.1400/- per day subject to maximum of Rs.35,000/- per month
Pay Scale : Rs.1400/- per day subject to maximum of Rs.35,000/- per month
2.Post-2 Agromet Observer(Contract)/1Post
Qualification: Plus two ( Science stream) with basic knowledge in computer operations
Pay Scale : Rs.630/- per day subject to maximum of Rs.17,025/- per month
Candidates for Agromet Observer will have to undergo a written screening test with focus on general awareness, agriculture, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude.
For the post of Agromet Observer, a maximum of 10 candidates will be short listed for computer awareness test. This will be followed by interview.
Age Limit is 18-35 (Age will be relaxed as per existing rules for OBC & SC/ST candidates).
