Qualification : Doctoral degree in life sciences with
specialization in captive management/wildlife management/ex-situ conservation
/wetland management
Desirable : 10 years working experience in the field of
captive wildanimal management/ex-situ-conservation/husbandry and care/record
keeping and population management including teaching/training experience.
Emoluments : A.
Remuneration: Rs. 3,000/day B. Accommodation (not exceeding Rs. 4500 per day
and subject to submission of receipts) and food expenses (not exceeding Rs.
1000 per day) C. Travel expenses – on actual basis (Train – 1 AC /Economy Air )
D. No. of days working = 25 days
Age Limit : Not exceeding 60 years as on the date of
interview. Upper age limit in case of applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories
may be relaxed as per the GOI rules.
Duty Station : Field sites / WII, Dehradun
