The internship will be an all-rounded learning cum working experience for the interns. During their internship period, they will be engaged in a balanced list of activities ranging from product training to real time customer engagements, introduction to a complete life-cycle of a software product - from inception, design through marketing and sales.
Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:1. Market Research – analyze market, devise and implement market penetration for product line. Customer Connect – continuous engagement with existing customer base and new customer acquisition.3. Product demonstration to customers and sales closure.
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and competencies:1) Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, preferably in English, Hindi and Kannada 2) Positive attitude, zeal to learn, persuasive and convincing skills, innovative mindset, dedication, absolute integrity and honesty 3) Eagerness and openness to travel to customer locations and provide solution to their problems, create customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction 4) Flexibility regarding variable work timings based on market and customer need 5) Academic background in Business Development / Marketing and Sales 6) Basic proficiency in usage of computer and mobile devices, using various presentation techniques during digital media 7) Proficient in negotiation skills
