Job Description
Ensure Smooth, efficient, safe and customer-focused operations at the customer site or service
location by managing people, service quality and day-to-day processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily tyre service operations
Supervise technicians and ensure productivity
Coordinate with customers for smooth operations
Maintain quality, safety, and SOP compliance
Handle reporting, tyre tracking, and documentation
Manage site inventory and tools
Support breakdown and emergency services
Drive process improvements
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate / Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)
2–5 years of tyre/fleet service experience
Knowledge of tyre operations, alignment, and safety
Basic computer skills
