Senior Supervisor (Female) for Apartment in K.R Puram Bangalore.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure productivity and efficiency in the workplace. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

Oversee daily activities and operations of the team.
Assign tasks and ensure employees meet their targets.

2. Workflow & Process Management

Ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Implement and maintain quality control standards.
Identify and resolve operational challenges.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare reports on operations, progress, and issues for management.

4. Compliance & Safety Regulations

Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Conduct inspections and safety checks regularly.
Train employees on safety procedures and workplace protocols.

5. Coordination & Communication

Serve as a link between management and employees.
Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
Communicate with other departments for smooth operations.
