Supervisor

Qualification : First class PG in Social Work or First class Degree in Law from a recognized university.

Preferred additional :  Diploma in Counseling.

Experience :  3 years post qualification experience in handling women and child issues/social service sector/counseling/public health/public administration and relations/legal services/labour welfare/ research/BPO experience.

Remuneration (Per month)  :  Consolidated pay of Rs.22,000/-

Senior Call Support Agent (SCSA)

Qualification : PG in Social Work/Degree In Law from recognized university.

Experience : 2 years post qualification experience in handling women and child issues/social service sector/counseling/public health/public administration and relations/legal services/labour welfare /research/BPO experience.

Remuneration (Per month)  :  Consolidated pay of Rs.18,000/-

Call Support Agent (CSA)

Qualification : PG in Social Work/Degree in Law from recognized university.

Remuneration (Per month)  :   Consolidated pay of Rs.15,000/-

Note : All positions are reserved for female candidates with relevant experience.

Age Limit  :   Age limit for application shall be 35 years as on 01.01.2019. Proficiency in Malayalam and English is essential. Proficiency in other regional languages and Hindi is desirable.
