Internship description:

  •  We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, multifaceted students who would like to create a large impact in the arena of sustainable fashion.
  •  Your main duties will be mediating an efficient supply chain process, conducting email marketing campaigns, coming up with innovative solutions which can take Fabric Monde forward in a good direction.

 Responsibilities:

  •  Merchandising
  • Face clients and deliver our services diligently
  • Design swatch boards and cards for presentation to customers
  • Identify potential weavers and cooperatives through government officials and onboard them
  • Email marketing and end-end campaigning & make periodic newsletters
 Requirements:
  •  Enthusiastic to work in a startup platform
  • Interest in Indian fashion
  •  Versatile in handling Microsoft tools
  • Strong management and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capable of implementing productive marketing strategies, office operations
  • Preferably from Bangalore
  • critical reasoning and strong analytical skills
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw and other design software
  • Joining date: 16 august, 2018
  • Period of internship: 2 months internship / 6 months program

While large brands in the urban markets are looking to procure new fabrics like handlooms, hand block prints and Khadis, there are problems of quality, quantity and supply chain efficiency which are the roadblocks for procurement. We work in conjunction with 80+ cooperatives  from 16 states of our country to resolve this problem of the 3 Qs (Quality, Quantity, Quick delivery).
