Job Description
1. Responsible for coordinating with the vendors at the unit level
2. Support in Sourcing & Procurement leaders for all kinds of equipments and consumables required for the smooth operations of Apollo Home Healthcare.
3. Responsible to build excellence in Supply Chain at the unit level.
4. Maintaining vendor relationship, vendor engagement & oversight plan.
5. Prepare forward planning of work schedules when receiving new work orders
6. Control and verify stock discrepancies
7. Ensure all materials are procured with sufficient receiving lead time per MO plan required date
8. Minimize materials data entry error and rectify root cause for any discrepancy
9. Plan for subcontracting activities as required
10. Support procurement activities on generating purchase requisitions and orders
11. Support production planning control to release manufacturing orders to production
12. Support and be involved in safety and continuous improvement activities
