Job Description

Designation: Supply Chain Management Intern

Responsibilities include:

1. Work on assisting in the registration of new vendors
2. Assist in contacting vendors and supporting them in the finalization of their requests
3. Work on assisting in managing vendor databases
4. Send communications to vendors
5. Support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the 2015 procurement
6. Plan, monitor progress, and make suggestions for overcoming bottlenecks
7. Assist with the preparation of documents and implementation of the document/file management system
8. Conduct research on best practices and potential solutions to identified issues
9. Support in preparation of the 2016 procurement plans for the office and projects and their implementation monitoring
10. Work on participating in team meetings
11. Work on conducting research on best practices and potential solutions to identified issues
12. Work on preparing reports and statistics
