Job Description
Creation of PRs/POs related to IT infrastructure such as infrastructure projects, Infrastructure
enhancements, LED displays , Internet leased lines, Telephony services, etc.
⢠Creation of PRs/POs related to, projects and procurement of laptops, monitors, software services,
IT outsourced work, i-mobile devices such as i-Phones, Mac-books etc.
⢠Understand queries from management and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide
timely clarifications/resolutions to facilitate upcoming projects related to IT, IT infra-structure
services.
⢠Assistance in competitive bidding and negotiation with suppliers on pricing, expediting delivery Etc.
⢠Issuing Purchase orders to finalized suppliers and enable approval workflow to release the PO via
AGB.
⢠Order Fulfilment/Expediting to get PO acknowledgement and order status.
⢠Goods receipts and expediting IR postings through AP team to further work on raising capitalizations.
⢠Capitalization of the Capex assets delivered/procured.
⢠Invoice management, Credit memo, Supplier payment and engage with AP team to resolve invoice
related queries / issues.
⢠On time delivery, Service level agreement, Turnaround time and KPIâs.
⢠Prepare monthly forecast report on accruals/ OL with finance BPA.
⢠Communicate with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements.
⢠Process improvements and provide the contribution to workflow improvement initiatives or
automation of the transitional processes.
⢠Performing invoice clearance and procurement by using SAP/AGB.
⢠Supplier/Vendor Empanelment process m anaging Supplier Empanelment with required commodity
code as requested by the management via Ariba SLP.
⢠Working on financial tracker related to IT spend on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
⢠Co-ordinating with SAP P2P and Queries Purchase team to get access for Procurement tool and SAP for
