Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Team. As a Supply Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our research projects by managing our network of Suppliers / Vendors. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery for our research initiatives.

· Source and onboard new Suppliers/Vendors to expand our network and capabilities.

· Negotiate contracts/agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

· Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.

· Coordinate with internal teams to understand online project requirements and align supplier deliverables accordingly.

· Monitor the operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

· Resolve supply-related issues and escalate critical issues to team or management as needed.

· Stay informed about market trends, industry developments as per market research industry.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of research projects and achieve organizational goals.

· Maintain accurate records related to supplier contracts, agreements, and performance metrics.
