Job Description
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Provides high level os support and optimization while assuring implementation of reviews with proper resolution while taking care of technical challenges as well.
- Build presentations and document technical requirements and interactions regarding the products to external and internal users.
- Guarantee the technical aspects of publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance with highest accuracy.
- Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Test, conduct quality assurance and validate for technical feasibility and product launch
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and our Business Solutions teams.
- Sound knowledge about company’s product and applications so as to assist users, employees and clients , if faced any issues.
- Respond to technical concerns and problems, ensuring smooth implementation and launch.
- Post graduation mandatory with good academic record
- Freshers with very good communication skills can be considered as well.
- Well versed with MS- Office
- Sound technical background with hands on latest digital technologies.
- Pro-active, Self motivated approach towards accomplishment of the assigned tasks.
- Open for Travelling (schools and other educational institutions visits )
