Job Description

Designation: Support Coordinator

Job Title: Support Coordinator- Attendance Online Management System

No. of Positions: 3

Experience: 1-2 years (Freshers can apply)

Location: Bangalore - Whitefield

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent required

Position Type: Contract (11 months) can be extended based on the project and business demand.

Objective: To ensure accurate student attendance data is collected, stored, and reported on to improve student regularity to attend classes.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in student’s attendance management processes at the college.
Should carry face recognition biometric devices to the classroom to capture the attendance of each student as per the timetable assigned.
Registering the data of the new students in the biometric for attendance.
Upload the collected attendance to the ERP on a daily basis.
Must have good communication skills.
Previous data entry or clerical experience is preferred.
The necessary training will be provided.
Basic computer skills are required.
