Requirements
- Should have 1 – 2 years of experience in L1 Monitoring & Management
- Experience in rendering L1 Technical Support not limited to Compute, Storage, Network but also to EUC
- Experience in Server Patching & Antivirus troubleshooting
- Good knowledge in Cloud & Virtualization Concepts
- Good in troubleshooting skills and analyzing of logs
- Good to have basic scripting knowledge
- Good to have other OS Knowledge in OS Unix/Linux
- Basic knowledge in Network concepts and database concepts
- Hands-on Experience in Infra monitoring and management tools
- Should have Good experience in OEM Coordination and Vendor management.
- Strong in ITIL/ITSM Process – Incident, Service Requests, Change Management & Problem Management
- Adhere to ITSM based Ticket Management with SLA Compliance
- Any technical certificate (mandatory)
