Support Engineer (Shared Services)

2-7 years; Mumbai, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to solution users with operational and technical support and to meet specified SLAs
• Exposure to Azure, strong Linux, Windows administration skills
• Resolve incidents and problems associated with IT solutions developed & deployed at client sites
• Resolve / Troubleshoot Users technical issues
• Using Ticketing tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Technical - Hardware, Network and OS, Azure services
• ITIL Knowledge- Incident request, change request
• Knowledge/Experience in web applications and languages like Python/Django, Java, front end technologies (JS, ReactJS, Angular etc.) would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills as there would be client interaction involved. Fluent in English - both written and spoken

Minimum 2 years of service Desk Experience Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS
Experience: At least 2 years as an IT Support Desk / Infrastructure support specialist.
