Support/ Implementation Engineer
Qualification: BCA/ MCA/ BE/ BTech (Preferably in Comp Sc/IT)
Experience: 2+ years | Location: Pune & Mumbai
Skillset :
- Excellent understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems 2008 ,2012, Windows Services, Active Directory, Group policies
- Good Knowledge in Virtualization, VDI, Networking etc.
- Knowledge in Linux operating systems, commands & services
- Knowledge in Shell Scripts & Power Shell is add on
- Excellent communication skills in English – Verbal & written
Responsibilities :
- Handle Level-1/Level-2 customer complaints and escalations and provide technical assistance on Accops
- Products (via phone, email, remote desktop)
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Effectively utilize databases of existing issues, debugging tools to analyse problems of Accops Products and identify solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Publish articles on the internal knowledge base based on the support services provided to customers for moderately complex support issues
- Occasionally conduct sessions internally for knowledge upgradation of the team
- Provide Implementation support by designing, sizing and deployment of Accops products in low to medium
