Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Managing incoming/outgoing calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems.
  • Data entry on our office system.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by solving order level escalations.
  • Listen carefully to each customer with patience and courtesy.
  • Maintain good working relationship with coworkers.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.
Required Skills:
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English & Tamil, both orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to type quickly and accurately and have a basic understanding of Computer.
  • Should be available to work on Weekends.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Should have some customer service skills.
