Job Description
Responsibility:-
1. On-call Support to Employees & Managers in evangelizing ORACLE HCM.
2. Ability to Learn & understand HR Process & System functionalities & address User queries & Clarifications
3. Willing to work in India and UK shifts.
4. Complete all assigned tasks and assist in Day to day HR activities.
5. Ability to understand company Processes & policies
Assist in Onboarding & Offboarding Process
Desired Skills:-
1. Qualification - any Graduate or Post Graduate in HRM
2. Effective Verbal & Written Communication
3. Positive attitude and Willingness to learn
4. Knowledge of MS Office tools.
5. Candidates with experience in handling HR System and Ticket handling is added advantage.
