Job Description
- Installs and repairs hardware.
- Loads and verifies software packages.
- Supports any resource on projects as assigned.
- Troubleshoots and resolves enduser issues.
- Installs and configures PC/Peripherals.
- Performs basic level of support for users on IT baseline apps.
- Provides Training and technical assistance.
- Follows all procedures around the ISS security policy.
- Escalates and resolves ticket to SLA.
- Monitors the Service Desk system.
- Provides End user training and technical assistance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
