Job Summary
The Surveyor will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, collecting topographic data, and ensuring construction projects align with design specifications. The role requires proficiency in surveying instruments and GIS software to deliver accurate results.
Key Responsibilities

Land & Site Surveys: Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction site surveys using advanced surveying equipment.

Data Collection & Analysis: Measure distances, angles, and elevations, ensuring precision in project planning.

Mapping & Drafting: Prepare maps, layouts, and reports using AutoCAD, GIS, and other surveying software.

Stakeout & Alignment: Mark reference points for construction projects, ensuring alignment with blueprints and design plans.

Equipment Handling: Operate Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, and other surveying instruments.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure surveys comply with local laws, zoning regulations, and construction standards.

Collaboration with Engineers & Architects: Work closely with project teams to interpret survey data for construction and land development.
