Job Description

SVP, Team Lead, Technology, Project Management - (WD09016)

Responsibilities :

Establish and enhance processes and engagement models so as to enable seamless execution of projects
Develop and monitor performance metrics for RTB and CTB
Run mandated steering committees and PMO for large programs
Act as Financial Controller for Technology
Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives that aim to deliver faster, better and cheaper products
Consolidate vendor engagements and build long-term partnerships
Address strategic queries from auditors, regulators and senior management
Own and drive strategic projects, mobilizing cross-functional teams
Devise capability planning exercises in line with strategic priorities
Ensure oversight of material risks and their mitigation
Maintain an up-to-date Technology roadmap

Requirements :

Financial controllership experience of overseeing at least $25M of annual spend
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of developing and implementing business metrics and processes that led to significant and quantifiable improvements
Adept at building Governance frameworks in complex multi-national, matrixed organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills at the CXO level
Proven ability to streamline critical technology vendor engagements
Expert project management skills
Excellent understanding of banking technology landscape
Expert ability to dissect a problem and produce concise and thoughtful presentations for senior management consumption
Experience in running mandated committees effectively.
