Job Description

Sysadmin and Support Engineer - Global IS team

Location : India, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

Serve as a focal point for system support Globally (service tickets, KPI’s measurement)
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Maintain system routines (overall system health control, performance, interfaces, reports, documentation, training etc.)
Support Implementation of new modules and system enhancements – testing, building reports, conduct professional trainings, create training materials
Work with Global IS team, internal IS customers, vendors

Requirements :

Proven experience in Business applications support
Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Project management processes in a Global organization – advantage
Experience in Sciforma & Concur - advantage
Strong analytical skills – Analyzing data & BI
Experience with MS Office tools (incl. advanced functions in Excel)
Fluent in English
Self-Learning ability
Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
Excellent organizational and time management skills
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Work in shifts is required
