Job Description
- Job Title: System Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on FTP, SSH, SFTP and private port connection base application for secure file transfer
- Managing the working of E1 based Voice Recording Systems. Installing and configuring software and hardware (related to ISDN E1).
- Configuration and troubleshooting MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) technology at Gujarat IB, Coastal and ATS Agency
- Joint work with service provider’s mobility centres switch room (MSC-Main Switching Centre) i.e. Airtel, Vodafone, Idea etc.for Govt. client CRI data.
- Data backup & restore.
- Network troubleshooting client as well as office network (wired and wireless connection).
- Broadband and ISDN PRI troubleshooting in office.
- Installation of hardware, software and operating systems at the client end.
- Telecommunication support in house.
- Hardware infrastructure management.
- Resolving of issues regarding SQL, MYSQL and Firebird database queries regarding data.
- Monthly Client review.
- 1 Resolving of issue of clients by remote connection, telephone and onsite.
- Qualification: Any graduate having knowledge of CCNA, MCSE or having BE degree
- Experience:1-2 years of work experience
- Should have good communication, networking & analytical skills.
- Be confident & have a go-getter attitude.
- Pleasant personality.
- Enthusiastic about the work.
