We are looking for a skilled Compute Engineer to manage and support compute infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. The role involves maintaining server hardware and virtualization platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of compute resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtual).
Administer VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix / Azure / AWS environments.
Perform server provisioning, patch management, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot compute-related incidents and provide L2/L3 support.
Collaborate with storage, network, and backup teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
Implement automation using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible for routine operational tasks.
Participate in DR drills and ensure compliance with security and backup policies.
Document configurations, incident resolutions, and operational procedures.
