Job Description
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises administration in a hybrid configuration,
including HCW (Hybrid Configuration Wizard), connectors, and coexistence scenarios.
• Proficiency in Exchange management via Exchange Admin Center (EAC), Exchange Management Shell
(EMS/PowerShell), and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Advanced knowledge of email routing, mail flow rules, SMTP relay, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration.
• Familiarity with Linux/Postfix.
• Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Email Protection, including policy configuration, quarantine
management, threat intelligence, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Abnormal Security platform: onboarding, policy tuning, threat review, and API-based
integration with M365.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID: user/group management, directory synchronization, conditional
access policies, and MFA configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance features: eDiscovery, retention policies, sensitivity labels, and
Purview (formerly Compliance Center).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business administration from a
tenant governance perspective.
• PowerShell scripting proficiency for automation of M365 and Exchange administrative tasks.
• Understanding of certificate management, TLS/SSL, and PKI as they relate to email security and hybrid
connectivity.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based change management processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g.,
ServiceNow).
