Job Description
§ Primary Contact of IT for users located at Pune
§ Support all the users in their day-to-day IT related activities in case of any issues.
§ Primary level troubleshooting of network devices in case of any issue. (Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls, access points etc.)
§ Installation of OS and maintenance of HP Desktops, Printers, Laptops and Workstations.
§ Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, Windows operating system and networking problems with Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
§ Schedule and monitor system backups & restore backups.
§ IT’S Asset Management.
§ Vendor Coordination.
§ Coordination with IT Team infra-activities / new projects.
§ Provides On site and remote support to end user.
§ Engineer should obey the office timing 8 am to 5 pm or if required to work for extended hours.
§ Engineer should work in weekend in case of there is business requirement.
§ Attendance is mandatory. In absence need to arrange backup engineer.
§ IT documentation.
What are we looking for?
Applicants must have:
§ L1 & L2 level understanding of IT environment (Servers, Storage, WAN, LAN, Operating Systems) and functional business needs
§ Good Verbal and Written English communication
§ Graduate in BCA, BSC IT, BE
§ Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience
