What will you be doing
Act as the technical first point of contact internally and externally for break-fix, incident, event, change, and problem management.
Promote the use of Technical Standards, Procedures, and Best Practices and maximize the use of toolsets and automation.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership.
Manage stakeholder expectations in M I M and B A U conversation.
Provide regular updates on critical issues.
Decision-making and Problem Solving.
Prompt problem-solving ability.
Quick decision-making ability to tackle operational issues.
Provide permanent resolution to problem tickets.
Adopt, develop and promote automation.
