Job Description
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with 1-2 years of experience to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
Shift : Mid Day Shift
Shift Time : 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement security policies and ensure data protection.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and backups.
- Perform software updates, patch management, and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and networking.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or similar certifications are a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Specialist, or similar role.

Hands-on experience with server management, system configurations, and networking.

Experience with virtualized environments, cloud services, and enterprise-level systems.

Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in server management, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and network configurations.

Strong knowledge of firewall configuration, VPNs, and other network security measures.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Familiarity with database management, backup systems, and disaster recovery tools.

Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework for IT service management is beneficial.
