Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/ Project Manager to join our Business Systems team.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery while fostering an agile and collaborative environment. This role will be responsible for enhancing our cross-functional teams
through the Scrum framework, managing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Scrum Master Duties:
 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.
 Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and work to resolve conflicts within the team as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager.
 Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Project Manager Duties:
 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
 Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
 Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
