Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within Jira or similar workflow tools
Serve as internal SME for the PMO on the Jira or similar workflow tools
Consult on ways to optimize and improve the workflow setup and process workflows and identify where functionality can or cannot meet user requests
Rapidly prototype new solutions based on user requirements
Collaborate with team members, to understand the requirements and design solutions by following the industry best practices.
Collaborate with team members, to understand the requirements and design solutions by following the industry best practices.
Build test scripts and perform unit testing for various business case scenarios, and support User Acceptance tests and implementation on production.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the workflow Platform and application.
Perform root cause analysis and provide business and technical solutions for application errors
Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security practices.
Deliver detailed TDD (Technical design Document) for all the solutions worked on.
Learn systems and products through on-demand materials and other types of training
Configure systems based on business requirements and user process flows
Continuously enhance operational enablement through system redesign and configuration by identifying improvement opportunities and participating in business process improvement initiatives
