Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Administration

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and company servers.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

Ensure the smooth operation of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to maintain system security and efficiency.

Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
2. Network Administration
-
Set up, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

Maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
-
Ensure network security by implementing appropriate protocols and monitoring tools.

Analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.

Set up VPNs and remote access solutions for secure connectivity.
3. IT Security & Data Protection
-
Implement cybersecurity policies to protect company data and infrastructure.
-
Monitor for malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.
-
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and resolve security issues.
-
Ensure compliance with IT security regulations and standards.
4. Technical Support
-
Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues.
-
Resolve system crashes, network downtime, and other IT-related problems promptly.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
5. Backup & Disaster Recovery
-
Design and maintain data backup strategies.
-
Implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
-
Test recovery processes periodically to ensure business continuity.
6. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain IT asset inventories, network diagrams, and system configurations.
-
Prepare reports on system performance, network uptime, and incident resolutions.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
