Compensation

• For the initial 12 months (On the job training period) the stipend will be Rs. 9000/- as net take home salary.
  
• Food and Accommodation Preference for candidates who are ready to manage on their own
  
• Education Criteria:Fresher’s 2015, 2016, 2017 passed outs (B.E & Diploma 3 year’s course only eligible) Arts and Science and Post Graduates are not eligible
  
• Specialization:Eligible candidates are BE / Diploma in EEE, ECE, CSE, ELECTRONICS & INSTRUMENTATION, IT & MECHANICAL only.
  
• Conveyance Based on travel the actual traveling conveyance will be paid to the engineers
  

• Should not have backlogs (or) history of arrears in their academics
  
• Professional certificates is Mandatory.
  
• Language:English & Hindi is Mandatory
  
• Flexibility:Candidates should be willing to relocate for the below mentioned Pan India locations. 
  

Job Profile:

• Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows Xp, Vista,7 & 8)
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft office 365.
• Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer oriented field problems,
• Network setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
• Knowledge in Network diagram preparation.
• Basic knowledge in Network Switches and Routers and LAN, WAN configuration & firewall.
• Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
• Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in users laptops.
• Active Directory (DNS, DHCP), User group policies creation & modification
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route.
• Monitoring of virus issues through Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus.
• Regular data & mail backup of MS outlook (PST files).
• Password creation & resetting to end users through remote desktop
• Awareness of ITIL process for Incident Management, Asset Management, Vendor Management.
